Charles Griffasi Sr. created International All-Star Sports Council in 1998. Through this organization, Charles has enriched the communities of Buffalo and Eric County. His passion for bringing communities together has been creating events since 1960. This started with the Allentown Village Society, and includes originating the Italian Festival in Buffalo, NY, as well as the Buffalo Cultural Walk of Fame. He has a growing list of accomplishments that covers events of all types, many of which are staples in the Buffalo and Erie County communities. Charles established IASC to enrich our nation's communities through sports and culture.
Jason Griffasi
Vice President - International All-Star Sports Council
Jason Griffasi is Director of Field Operations for Concrete Innovations Inc., located in Buffalo, NY. Concrete Innovations Inc. is a full service concrete polishing and staining company, working on concrete floors and concrete countertops, in the commercial and residential sector. Here, Jason is responsible for creating functional and decorative polished concrete floors. Jason is also Director of Marketing, and a founding member of the International Concrete Polishing and Staining Conference. This is an annual conference held in Atlanta, GA. It was created with the sole purpose of offering the concrete polishing industry a venue in which to attend educational seminars, learn techniques and procedures, as well as view the latest industry technology.
Jason is responsible for the structuring of International All-Star Sports Council and its subsidiary organizations, B A Sport and Cultural Concert International. Jason has worked closely with each group to establish programs, as well as all web sites, so that our organizations are able to enrich communities on a national level.
Jason was born in Buffalo, NY. He graduated from Pace University, where he received a bachelor's degree in finance.

Charles Griffasi is Director of Business Operations for Concrete Innovations Inc. Due to the "innovation" that he has brought to the concrete world, he is considered one of the leading minds in the concrete polishing industry. Most of his concrete experience comes from owning and running a concrete company for over 35 years. He has taken his vast knowledge and experience with concrete, and used it to grow the ever-advancing industry of polished concrete floors and concrete countertops. The International Concrete Polishing and Staining Conference is the brainchild of Charles. With over 35 years in the concrete business, he is considered one of the top craftsman of concrete countertops on the east coast, as well as one of the most knowledgeable students of the "green" product that is concrete. His knowledge of "concrete forensics" has been called on time and time again for court cases, to determine the cause of various concrete pour results. Mr. Griffasi has been acknowledged for his work in publications such as Concrete Surfaces, Jobsite Magazine, and Buffalo Rising, as well as receiving countertop honors from The Concrete Network.
Charles has been with the International All-Star Sports Council since 2003. His entrepreneurial, business, and leadership skills have helped grow the IASC into the nonprofit organization you see today. His ideas have lead to many fundraising events including the B A Sport used sporting equipment drive, which has raised over $325,000 in sports equipment.

Eric Alderson
Business Administrator - International All-Star Sports Council
Eric Alderson is a Risk Management Advisor and Junior Partner of Promark Associated Agencies, Inc. Promark is a full service commercial and personal lines insurance agency located in Williamsville, NY. Eric's primary focus is providing professional liability insurance and risk management training for design professionals.
Eric began his career after enlisting in the US Army Reserve. He served as a Civil Affairs Specialist with the 402nd CA Battalion in Tonawanda, NY. After receiving his bachelor's degree in 2003 from SUNY Brockport, he was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer and was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment at Ft. Carson, CO. Captain Alderson was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005-2006 with the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. Captain Alderson was honorably discharged in May 2007 after receiving the US Army Bronze Star for his actions during combat operations.
