Charles Griffasi Jr.
Treasurer/Secretary - International All-Star Sports Council

Charles Griffasi is Director of Business Operations for Concrete Innovations Inc. Due to the "innovation" that he has brought to the concrete world, he is considered one of the leading minds in the concrete polishing industry. Most of his concrete experience comes from owning and running a concrete company for over 35 years. He has taken his vast knowledge and experience with concrete, and used it to grow the ever-advancing industry of polished concrete floors and concrete countertops. The International Concrete Polishing and Staining Conference is the brainchild of Charles. With over 35 years in the concrete business, he is considered one of the top craftsman of concrete countertops on the east coast, as well as one of the most knowledgeable students of the "green" product that is concrete. His knowledge of "concrete forensics" has been called on time and time again for court cases, to determine the cause of various concrete pour results. Mr. Griffasi has been acknowledged for his work in publications such as Concrete Surfaces, Jobsite Magazine, and Buffalo Rising, as well as receiving countertop honors from The Concrete Network.

Charles has been with the International All-Star Sports Council since 2003. His entrepreneurial, business, and leadership skills have helped grow the IASC into the nonprofit organization you see today. His ideas have lead to many fundraising events including the B A Sport used sporting equipment drive, which has raised over $325,000 in sports equipment.
